On Site Vendor Insurance Requirements
Applies to all vendors who arrive on the property
All wedding and event vendors who arrive or show up to the property are required to have general liability insurance.
A minimum coverage should have a limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and a $2,000,000 aggregate is required. In addition, our venue must be listed as additional insured on the policy. Vendors include, but are not limited to, photographers, disc jockeys, live musicians & bands, videographers, caterers, bakeries, florists, hair and makeup artist, horse & carriage, décor rentals, draping, photo booths, and wedding coordinators/planners.
