In order to provide a smooth and positive experience for our couples, we maintain internal records of vendor performance based on past events. Couples are welcome to bring outside vendors; however, we do ask that they check with us in advance to ensure the vendor meets our property standards and has not been restricted from working on-site. While we value and encourage great vendor relationships, we reserve the right to decline vendors who have previously demonstrated unprofessional behavior or created issues during events.
